Why we should Workout and exercise ?

workout can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

              Boost happy chemicals: Slogging through a few miles on the ‘mill can be tough, but it’s worth the effort! Exercise releases endorphins, which create feelings of happyness and euphoria. Studies have shown that exercise can even alleviate symptoms among the clinically depressed .

 When you do cardio, your brain sends signals to them to help you breathe faster and deeper, delivering extra oxygen to your muscles.

This is an example of a workout schedule
·         Monday: 30 min walking at 3.5-4 mph
·         TuesdayTotal Body Strength
·         Wednesday: 30 min walking at 3.5-4 mph
·         Thursday: Rest
·         Friday: 30 min elliptical, medium pace
·         SaturdayTotal Body Strength
