fresh salad for your diet


 

+Ingredients

Salad Ingredients:
2 medium heads of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
1 large carrot, grated
1 apple, cored and finely chopped
¼ medium onion (1/4 cup), finely chopped
½ cup walnuts, toasted on a skillet and coarsely chopped
¼ cup raisins or cranberries

Dressing Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch of pepper
